Let’s play with our food! ArtBeat is teaming up with Quigley Fine Wines to teach simple and elegant tips to master the art of designing a charcuterie display.

Basic techniques at this event will include how to select ingredients, meat folding techniques, and ways to place your ingredients to wow your friends.

All the while, each guest will be designing their own display to nibble on while enjoying Quigley Fine Wines! Come out with friends or make it a date.

Tickets are available for the first 20 attendees.

Each ticket includes:
– 10 inch palm leaf board
– A variety of Cheeses, Charcuterie and all additional accompaniments for creating the perfect board.
– Step-by-Step guidance in creating a charcuterie board led by Kristel Boe of ArtBeat San Diego
– Wine pairing suggestions from Quigley Fine Wines

Class starts at 6pm! Wine by the glass and bottle are available for purchase. Please arrive early for seating and placing orders.
