What do you love the most about being in the wine industry?

When I think about being in the wine industry, it conjures up a lifestyle filled with pleasure, smiles and the happier things in life. Each bottle of wine has it’s own story to tell, just like people, and I get to tell these stories to my clients and fellow wine lovers. I want to transport them from thinking it’s just another bottle of wine to drink. Instead, I want them to feel connected to the winemaker, the story behind the wine and what makes that wine so special. When I can create that connection for you, you pay deeper attention to the wine and appreciate it even more.

Describe the all-time best food and wine you’ve ever created.

My most epic food and wine experience was a 1982 Chateau Cheval Blanc Bordeaux served with my pan seared French rack of lamb in a Dijon mustard balsamic glaze with a side of roasted new potatoes bathed in rosemary and garlic.
