Summer Shipping Policy
During the summer months, we offer cold pack shipping for an additional $10 per case. We highly recommend taking advantage of this low-cost way to protect your valuable wine purchase. Cold pack shipping includes a post-consumer recycled styrofoam case packed with ice packs and sealed in a mylar bag. Generally, this will keep the wine from becoming hot to most areas of the country and will keep the wine cool for about 72 hours.re to avoid premature aging and spoiling of your fine wines.
Monthly
Orders will be shipped on the 5th or 6th of each month.
Quarterly
Orders will be shipped on the 5th or 6th of January / April / July / October
Return Policy
It is our goal to develop strong, trusting relationships with our clients. We know that you have many options when it comes to buying your wine, so in an effort to make sure you are always happy with our selections and our service, we will happily offer an exchange if you receive a wine that does not suit your palate. That being said, wine can often “turn” or become spoiled if not stored properly, so we do offer a time limit on this policy as we have no way of knowing how a wine is cared for once it leaves our refrigerated wine warehouse. Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied with the wine. Returns and exchanges will not be granted if beyond the 30 day period. Thank you for understanding.

What do I get?
With each shipment, you will receive a customized selection of terroir driven wines from different producers. We only source high-quality wines from small, family-owned and operated wineries committed to sustainability, many which are certified organic and/or biodynamic.
When do I get charged?
You will be charged when you sign up and then you will be charged depending on the frequency you chose – every month or quarterly. For example, if you sign up on July 22 for a monthly subscription, you will get charged that day for the month of August and the following charge will be the following monthly shipment, in September.
When will my order ship?
We ship on the 5th or 6th of each month. We will send shipping confirmation emails as well.
Do I have to be at home to receive the wine?
Yes, it is mandated by law that someone 21 years or older must be at the delivery address and receive the wine. Carriers will not drop a package full of wine at your doorstep and leave, someone must be present. This is very important, and it is mandated by the law.
Can I cancel anytime?
