100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on several small sustainably farmed vineyards throughout the Santa Ynez Valley. The vineyards have some of the oldest blocks of Sauvignon Blanc found in the AVA which add character and complexity to the wines. Fermented and aged in stainless steel without any oak involved. Cases made 128.
