A blend of 45% Grenache Noir (Garnacha), 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 15% Carignan. Barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in a combination of 80% French and 20% American oak. Total production is 12,000 bottles in 2017. The vines are grown organically and vary in age from 15 years to 55 years old.
