Made from 100% Glera grapes grown and handpicked in Valdobbiadene, Italy. This Brut Prosecco bursts with white floral and peach aromas and shows a cascade of tiny bubbles. Flavors are bright and lively with stone fruit, melon and minerals.
1. 2021 Bodegas Garcia Duque "Alsocayo" Sauvignon Blanc, Rueda, Spain | Glass $9 / Bottle $19 / Member Bottle $15
90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Verdejo made by Pilar Garcia Duque. The grapes were handpicked then fermented and aged in neutral French oak for 8 months. The nose brings yellow peach, citrus and wildflowers while the palate has flavors of nectarine, Meyer lemon and honey wrapped in a round, satiny texture.
2. 2021 Elysian Viognier, Santa Barbara, CA | Glass $14 / Bottle $30 / Member Bottle $26
A micro-production of just 110 cases, this 80% Viognier and 20% Grenache Blanc was made from organic grapes grown in Santa Barbara County and made by Alex Katz. The nose shows white flowers and peaches while the playful palate offers up ripe nectarine and hints of Honeydew melon.
3. 2023 Vetrere Wines "Taranta" Rosé, Puglia, Italy | Glass $13 / Bottle $29 / Member Bottle $25
Made from 70% Negroamaro and 30% Malvasia this dry rosé comes from the warm, sun-drenched Puglia region of Italy (the "heel" of Italy's boot). The color is light pink-salmon due to only an hour with skin and juice contact. The nose is fresh and clean with tart berries, citrus and rose petals while the crisp, refreshing palate offers citrus, minerals and hints of red fruits.
4. 2022 Vetrere Wines "Tempio di Giano", Puglia, Italy | Glass $14 / Bottle $30 / Member Bottle $26
100% Negroamaro grapes are hand-picked and sorted prior to fermentation in stainless steel and ageing without oak in an effort to capture the pure varietal flavors and character. The color is dark ruby-purple. The bouquet shows ripe red and black plums along with hints of dark cocoa. The rich palate brings cherries, herbs and juicy acids with a creamy, soft texture and mellow tannins.
5. 2020 San Cassiano "Le Viale", Veneto IGT, Valpolicella, Italy | Glass $16 / Bottle $38 / Member Bottle $34
Winemaker Mirko Sella is always willing to come out of the box with unique and complex wines and this "Super -Veneto" is a great example! Made from a blend of Corvina, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with 50% of the fruit dried for 1 month prior to pressing the aromas are captivating with ripe cherries, spicy plum and vanilla. The rich, full palate shows black cherries and herbal notes along with leather.

The Albillo grape was nearly extinct if not for the efforts of the Clunia winery who revitalized this vineyard which sits at 1000 meters above sea level. The exotic aromas of pineapple, Jasmine flowers and minerals lead to a rich yet lively palate which brings citrus fruits and satin-like textures. 93 Points Wine Enthusiast
3. 2018 Bluebell Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon | Glass $22 / Bottle $49 / Member Bottle $45
100% Pinot Noir grown on three, small, sustainable vineyards spread throughout the Willamette Valley. Hand harvested and native yeast fermentation followed by 12 months in 20% new French oak. The nose shows red berries, rhubarb and river stones while the palate is silky and seamless with cherries and baking spice. Jerry Murray made just 125 cases of this wine.

Old vines grown at an elevation of 3900 feet above sea level yield this intense and complex wine. The bouquet brings black plum and berry aromas along with hints of graphite and spice while the bold palate shows dried black fruits and minerals wrapped in dry, elegant tannins. 92 Points James Suckling
