2020 Elio Filippino 4 Amis Langhe Blanco

A unique blend of Viognier, Arneis, Favorita and Nascetta (the percentage of each variety is a “chefs secret” that Elio won’t divulge!). The grapes are hand-picked, gently pressed and de- stemmed prior to fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 12-15 months. Only 1200 bottles were made in 2020.
